You can order your repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
Prescription phone line - patients can order their prescriptions 24/7 (except during Bank Holidays) via our prescription phone line by phoning the practice and selecting the option for Ordering a Repeat Prescription
Online at https://www.patient-services.co.uk/web/ps/welcome or using the above Order your prescriptions online link. If you haven't registered for online services please contact the practice.
Using a paper copy of your repeat medicines list; this list is printed each time you order your repeat prescription. You should receive a copy when you collect your prescription from the practice or your medicines from the Pharmacy. To order your medicines, tick the items you require on your repeat list and drop the list off at the practice.
PATIENT WILL NEED TO COLLECT URGENT PRESCRIPTION FROM THE PRACTICE AFTER 5PM!
Please allow 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays, for your request to be processed. If you normally collect your prescription in the surgery, please leave the required 72 hours’ notice before coming in to pick it up. If you normally collect at a chemist, please leave an additional working day before contacting the chemist to collect.
Occasionally we are able to fulfil requests for other medicines without an appointment but this is at the doctors discretion. We require certain information in this circumstance:
